Henrik has an extensive management experience within finance, projects, change management, sales and customer experience in a number of larger companies such as Rockwool and Statoil, before becoming a consultant.
For more than 10 years Henrik has focused on changing behaviour and improving results through leadership programmes, sales training programmes, team and individual development in order to improve skills and execution.
